Internet connection for streaming services. Nighthawk 53: RAX54Sv2
I'm not able to get streaming services on my TV. I contacted my cable company, Spectrum, and they did a test saying I didn't have any Internet connection. They walked me through restarts and checking connections. I gave up with them after 4 various reboots. It doesn't make sense that it would stop working. Nothing was moved or changed. My computer is fine along with all my other devices. Any suggestions on how I should proceed? I wish there was a number I could just call. I'm two hours into this. Thanks.
Update. Fixed. I had to call support and of course pay for extended tech support for the next two years.
The guy said I probably lost Internet connection with the two devices due to an outage of some sort. Basically, he had to walk me through a reset. It took quite awhile to get everything working correctly between the modem and router but once that was done it went smooth. I had to reconnect to the Internet through the TV's again using the original PW from the router. Whew!

I did some more investigating. Both TV's, a Samsung and Roku, won't connect to the Internet. They say there isn't any Internet. No apps work on either one. I checked the devices on my app and both TV's say they are blocked. Unblocking them was the first thing I tried a couple days ago. It states to swipe left to unblock but it doesn't stay that way.
I'm perplexed as to why suddenly by streaming services won't work when my account states I have 220 days left even though phone, chat and email responses have expired. Why just those two devices?
