Internet not working
So I have the RAX50v2, the internet used to be fine however recently only the floor its on has internet (ground) and the kitchen (floor 1). However very bad internet in the living room (also floor 1)...
So I have the RAX50v2, the internet used to be fine however recently only the floor its on has internet (ground) and the kitchen (floor 1). However very bad internet in the living room (also floor 1) and very bad on floor 2 as a whole.
Have you done anything to try and fix it? If so, what?
Has anything physically changed in the home (new layout, remodeling, etc)?
One scenario is that a neighbor upgraded their wifi and that might have created interference for you. There are some apps that can be use to check for this (unfortunately no free ones for iPhone)
Hmm, nothing has changed in the house, it just recently stopped working suddenly. However I have noticed that sometimes the 5g option isn’t visible to connect to for some devices (such as my phone or the pc) but is available for the TV. I have tried resetting the device. The app is also the latest version (if that helps at all).
