And you were sure to unpack the .zip file before attempting to apply it?
What browser were you using? Try MS Edge or FireFox?
May need to contact NG support and ask for help on this...
I tried Edge and Chrome. Haven't tried Firefox. I am up to level 3 support from Netgear at the moment, waiting for level 3 support to call me back on a week day.
OK, Ya I think I saw this once before with another poster. NG support will need to help you out on this one.
Firefox made no difference. Still says the Firmware file is Incorrect.
