It appears to connect on my laptop, but it doesn't show it's connected. It just shows secured, no internet and it just shows the globe in my task bar or whatever on the bottom right of windows 10, instead of the wifi symbol it would normally show when there's signal. And no matter how many times I clear my browser it just keeps saying "this site refused to connect."
Please help!
Have you considered you may have purchased a defective device?
What is the brand name and model number of the upstream modem/ONT/gateway connected in front of the RAX35?
Attempting to configure or troubleshoot a Netgear router with an application on a mobile device is generally not successful.
The best option is to connect to the router with an Ethernet cable connected to a computer and use a web browser for setup and configuration. The second best option is to connect to the router via Wi-Fi with a computer after you have done a full default reset using the recessed reset button on the back.
