IP Passthrough with RAX15 and PACE modem
As others have suffered so have I. Trying to get pace 5268 modem from ATT to work with my RAX15 router in IP Passthrough. I have read through and tried different solutions/suggestions but whenever I enable the whole set up all my connections to the Netgear router are scary sloooooow and unusable. Even had a tech at ATT help with setting up the IP Passthrough. Best I can do is to revert back to enable AP mode on the Netgear RAX15 which I don't want to do. Are there some other settings I need to change on the Netgear router to make this work or the PACE modem? I'm about to throw it out the window.

its because of the pace modem/router.
You can take a look through here: https://www.att.com/support/smallbusiness/article/smb-internet/KM1188700/
maybe putting the netgear in the pace's dmz would work for you.

Yep I've done that but it just cuts back the bandwidth big time. Seems fine at first but after multiple devices connect the speed is basically nada.I saw a video about using manual settings to limit the number of addresses to just one and assigning the ip to the router.
Would that achieve basically same thing?
