Also, on my phone I’ve reset network settings to see if it would fix itself and nothing changed along with restarting my phone.

Not RAX120v2? Look for "Model" on the product label. Firmware
version? Connected to what?- iPhone has been on 14.4 the latest update since it came out without issues.

it, but visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your model number, and
look for Documentation. Get the User Manual (at least). Read.While you're in that neighborhood, you might verify available
firmware.
