Alright, I dug into Access Control I had it turned off but did turn it on and deleted a bunch of old devices I no longer have. There were two devices one wired connection type and one wireless.
Two devices showed back up, one was a wired device I edited it to allow access since its wired.
The other device I deleted it again and manually added my phone via its MAC address and name and clicked allow, applied the settings tried to connect again with the correct SSID and password and my phone still won't connect.

1) I verfied in my wireless password settings for each band that the password was what I was typing.
Which radio band are these devices using?
2) For this, I've just been trying to connect to the 2.4Ghz band
Have you looked at the stuff in the User Manual under
"Specify basic WiFi settings"?
3) I have not but will right now!
Does the router think that its
wireless-network credentials are what you think that its
wireless-network credentials are? For both radio bands?
4) I have both wireless band named the same except for the 5ghz band has "-5G" after the name. If this is what you mean.
