iPhone 6sp and iPad mini2 get no internet

After connecting wifi, no internet on iPhone 6SP & iPad mini2. Only iPhone 11 Pro has internet but can not launch web to setup router. Why is that? Could someone help me?

    May you check to see if you have AX WiFi enabled and if so, please disable it.
