iPhone SE Not Listed In Nighthawk Device Manager

Hi there! I have an RAX15 router that I manage with the Nighthawk app. Even though my daughter's iPhone SE (new 2020 model) is connected to my network, it does not show up in the Nighthawk's Device Manager. Does anyone know why? My other family member's iPhone 7's and 11 show just fine. Thanks.

    Hello Wolverine3, 

     

    You may need to reinstall the Nighthawk app and reconnect your daughter's phone to the network by forgetting the network and reconnecting.
