Is continuous uptime a pipe dream?
I thought that using router other than the one my internet provider rents, Spectrum’s Sagecom SAX1V1S, would be a good decision. I’ve tried several routers from ASUS and NETGEAR and they have all rebooted on their own at random times. Sometimes it was for firmware updates. Sometimes after the reboots settings are altered and more devices on wifi are blocked. I’m currently using a NETGEAR RAX120v2 and the longest uptime I’ve had is 2 days. I thought that changing ADVANCED > Administration > Firmware Update setting would stop the automatic reboots but neither choice has made a difference. I’ve never had this problem with the internet provider’s routers.

Search around on the forum. There are reboot & other issues with the RAX120's firmware
I run a RAX43 and the longest uptime I had was 104 days. Currently, I'm clocking at 27 days after I had to manually reboot it for something. My Previous R7800 running Voxel's firmware had a record 122 days of uptime. So these routers can be reliable solid. What is the first 3 characters of the routers serial number?

Many users have posted back to me that this resolved there odd reboot issues.
Factory reset the router after the FW has been processed by the router and setup from scratch. Do not load a saved backup configuration from file. Just do a clean setup.
Recommend setting the default DHCP IP address pool range to the following after applying and a factory reset: 192.168.#.100 to 192.168.#.200.
