Is it genuine netgear?

I recently purchased RAX50 from China. I bought RAX40 before, but I wonder if it's genuine because the box design is different. I'm attaching the picture of the model I just received. It has a sliding cover and is packaged in an unprinted plain box inside.

could just be it was at a different location since its a china region device.&nbsp;
Are you in the china region? Some devices are region locked and it can create issues if you use them outside of that region.&nbsp;

I don't live in China, but I already know about it. I'm going to try it because I heard that it is possible to unlock the region lock after connecting to the console with TTY.Does Netgear sell products in boxes like that?

I've gotten ones in white boxes and brown boxes. About all you can do is open it up and find out&nbsp;

Share the results checked through the support. The box design may be slightly different even if it's genuine, and the product I bought is genuine, but it's a refurbished product based on product serial number. The product information of the place where I purchased is not mentioned as a refurbished product, so I'm going to ask for a partial refund.
