Is it possible to connect two AX6000 routers using Ethernet port aggregation?
Specifically, can one AX6000 be connected to another AX6000 (configured in Access Point mode) using Ethernet port aggregation for improved bandwidth and performance? Similar to the setup shown in the attachment

Which AX6000 is that?
AX6000 is not a unique Netgear model number. Many devices come with the AC/AX tag, but it is essentially a label that Netgear, and others, attach to hardware to describe wifi speeds.
Look at the label on the device for the Model Number. And, if there is one, include the "V" bit to show the hardware version. If there is no V number, then you have V1.
You have tagged the RBK854. That is an Orbi router with three satellites. You must have a large property to need better wifi coverage.

What do you mean by "improved bandwidth and performance"? Faster wifi? More wifi devices?
Tell us what the real problem is and maybe someone will have a few thoughts.
