IS the raxe500 officially supported by Comcast Xfinity in the US?

Modems are the only thing that Comcast Xfinity has control over. Routers aren't regulated or controlled by internet service providers at all.
They are only interested in the modem device where their coaxial cable connection interfaces with it to deliver internet. Anything else in your house after that cable/modem connection, they have no control over because it is your house.
