Issues Transferring NETGEAR Nighthawk Router to Another Netgear Account.
Hello,
I’ve been trying to transfer my NETGEAR Nighthawk AX4 (Model: RAX36S) router to a different NETGEAR account, but I’ve run into repeated issues.
I’ve contacted NETGEAR support multiple times this week, and while they claim the issue has been escalated to their customer care team, I haven’t seen any progress. I’ve also provided proof of purchase, but so far, I’ve received no correspondence via email or through my NETGEAR dashboard. I also have an open case number, but there's been no update or follow-up from support.
I’ve specifically requested that both the device and the 1-year free trial of NETGEAR Armorbe transferred to the new account.
When I log into myNETGEAR, I’m unable to unregister the product. It says I can’t unregister it because there are active contracts or subscriptions—but I’m not paying for any. I also can't transfer the Armor subscription myself, as there’s no available option to do so on myNETGEAR dashboard.

Product Name: Nighthawk AX4 – AX3000 4-Stream WiFi 6 Router
Subscription: 1-year free Armor trial (not paid)

If anyone has experienced a similar issue or knows how to resolve this, I’d really appreciate your help. I just want to transfer ownership and the Armor subscription to the correct account.
