Issues with Netgear app and other questions
Hi!
I have an RAXE500. Also on latest app version.
As of recent i’ve tried to run speedtests and check the devices on my network via the app. I’m met with an error to try the test again and it never works. When i check the devices it says my device is offline. I’ve reset the router a few times, and i’ve restarted everything multiple times. Is this an app issue? Or am i doing something wrong?
My other question is, is the second light next to the power icon supposed to be orange( the globe/internet) light? I’ve seen it stay white during setup and then goes orange after i have it all setup.
Any tips and advice is greatly appreciated!
