Keeps rebooting

The last few weeks the router has randomly starting rebooting itself. Any idea why and how we can fix it?  We have a student at home doing online Uni classes and two adults working from home using email.  This is driving us crazy. HELP!!

    What firmware is the router on? This is kind of key as the R8000 got the upgrade to netgear Armor. not all devices did well with armor. Some needed a factory reset and manual reinstall, some needed to actually downgrade to prior to armor. Which version are you on? 

    what modem are you using?
