latest rax40 firmware 1.0.3.94 dhcp is broken
i upgraded my RAX40 to the latest firwamre 1.0.3.94 and reset my router many times but couldn't get dhcp working properly after changing the subnet range to 192.168.0.x
it would lease out 169.x.x.x ip addresses to several devices. i ended up reverting back to older firmware.

> [...]Not likely. Addresses in the 169.254.0.0/16 range are generally
self-assigned, because the device got _no_ response to a DHCP request. You might be seeing a DHCP-server problem, but that problem would
probably be no response at all, rather than a "lease out" of an address
in that range.https://whois.arin.net/rest/net/NET-169-254-0-0-1
Was there anything distinctive about those "several devices"?

Namely?
