LOoking for insight into setting to get a more consistent ping for play and other web stuff

Hello,

So I tried talking to the customer service and that was subpar at best.

I have inconsistent pings in game from rubber banding to 40ms. Running gigabit speeds and I'm looking a snail race.

Anyways are there some kind of settings in the GUI that I need to adjust to fix these issues?

Anything will help.

Obisvouly having a hard connection to the router is optimail but I would like to fix this issue if its fixable.
