lousy wifi AX1800 Wifi 6 router
i replaced my old Linksys with this newer Netgear. I get less reception. the 5ghz only works if you are next to the router. The 2.4ghz is weak in two rooms away. My Linksys was stronger that this ...
Sounds like a setup issue. Are you looking for help? If so, you'll have to tell people what your hardware is.
AX1800 is not a reliable guide to model number. Many devices come with an AX tag, but it is essentially a label that Netgear, and other brands, attach to hardware to describe wifi speeds.
My guess is that you have a "RAX" devucem in qhich case this is the wrong place to seek help.
