i just recently updated my internet speed and now my nighthawk router with Wifi AX8 is not recognizing the new internet router through AT&T. Please help

May you provide us with the model number of the device (modem/box) connected to the AX8 router. And when updating your internet speed, did AT&T provide or switch out equipment?
