MOCA adapters tend to work really well for a wired backhaul.
And that'd let you use a cheaper orbi or mk nighthawk setup since you wouldn't be using the wireless backhaul.
The dual bands are cheaper but perform the same as all but the best tribands if the dual bands are hardwired in.

I do have Virgin cabling and tv aerial running to each of the areas how will this help I think I also have telephone cabling installed never thought to run ethernet when we done the rewire
