Mesh Wifi 6 satellite

The router has only an ethernet and internet port on the router. I have multiple devices that were plugged into my older Nighthawk router. I have Hue lighting and Ring devices that need to be plugged in but not enough ports. Can I use my existing router to connect to the new mesh system or not? Otherwise I’m thinking I just need to buy another Nighthawk router that does have multiple ports for my other devices. Please help!

    Hi johnnar, 

     

    You can pair your current Nighthawk router with the Nighthawk Mesh system. In order to do so, you will need to set the Nighthawk Mesh system into access point mode.
