Might as well go all in

Since we are fast approaching 4 months since we've seen any sort of update for the BIOS in my RAX120... is there a way you can sign up to be a beta tester for this device? Granted, ever since I bought the thing I've felt like more a beta tester who paid handsomely for the "honor" of beta testing this thing, but there are so many issues with it maybe being an actual beta tester might be the way to go. Yes, I have connection drops, reduced speeds, etc. Yes, I have done numerous factory resets, upgraded firmware, downgraded firmware... currently on the latest one and hate it with a passion. 

If there isn't a beta tester program, does anyone have any idea if they are still working on updates or is this thing non-officially EOL?
