Mismatch of router band being used

RAX75 Firm 1.0.3.98_1046 Win 10 Computer shows connected to 5Ghz channel but the router app shows connected to 2.5Ghz channel Only computer on a gigabit connection, and my max download is 125Mps Did factory reset, and setup 5 and 2.5 as different login creds never get anything greater than 200 for connection Seems like connection stuck in limbo Any ideas? Thanks for your help
