Missing timezone for Adelaide GMT+9:30

Just wondering why the RAX80 firmware is missing a timezone setting for Adelaide Australia GMT+9:30?

I raised a support ticket and it got closed the next day without any response.  What does that mean?  Is it too hard to give a response?

I submitted the (very lengthy) feedback form but no response back from that either.  So I guess no one bothers to read those either.

Another disappointed customer.  I won't be buying Netgear again.

Thanks to JB HiFi for the refund without question.  I figure they must get a lot of these returned!
