I still have no idea what you mean by "I don't have the option to connect to _5ghz"
What do you expect to see?
Orbi wifi does not differentiate between 2.4 GHz and 5 MHz. It has a single SSID for both bands. (Look at the manual.) That is the whole point of the Mesh technology that you just installed.
If you can see the SSID, your wifi clients will pick the best one for them. Depending on the strength of the signal.
