Most Service Ports No Longer In Stealth Mode

All of my router's service ports used to be in stealth mode. Testing was done a...
Sadly same issue here out of the first 1024 ports only 3 are stealth all other are closed.
(my RAX10 is on firmware version 1.0.19.172)
When i disabled the "protection engine" all ports do go stealth.
