Moved house and RAX43 will now not connect to NBN FTTP

I recently moved house and my NBN connection along with it. Nighthawk RAX43 was working fine at old address with the same ISP. I have factory reset the RAX43 in anticipation of the new connection and also factory reset the NBN Modem in my garage. The connection is active (confirmed by my ISP) and my PPPoe username and password remain unchanged. When I’m running through the new connection in the Netgear app, I am conducting the advanced setup and entering my PPPoe username and password, however it cannot connect to the internet. The light stays red and I have factory reset both modem and router several times. Help!!
