MR60 Internet fails at my brothers Satellite when i need a lot of bandwith

So I got the MK63 (MR60 Mesh system with two satellites) where I have one in my room and the same thing with my brother. Now the problem we have is when I Need some Data (downloading games f.e.) the Internet of my brother goes to sh*t.

I have a few ideas of what causes that, but I'm not really sure.

I do believe that my brothers Satellite is connected to the router over my Satellite (see picture) which then somewhat seconds him if I need speed. QoS is enabled and Speed measured.

PS. My Satellite is much closer to my router than my brothers is.

  • how far from the router is the satellites? They need a minimum distance of 30ft.

    You currently have them daisy chained meaning going

    router----->satellite------>satellite.

    A triband mesh system tolerates daisy chaining much more than a dual band system because it has a dedicated wireless backhaul. The dual bands don't.

    Have you tried disabling daisy chaining?
