Multi Media Setup USB Drive with ReadyShare

I have an RAX45 WiFi router it's plugged into my ATT modem. I get internet and wifi allows me to surf but the nighthawk app says dissconnected. Also the readyshare isnt working when I setup a USB drive. Although the network sees the device. I can not open it just launches the Netgear web page.
