Not a single Netgear consumer router does support multipe IP addresses on the WAN side (resp. a WAN subnet) - this includes the Netgear BR500 "business" router btw, too.

Thank you. Do you know offhand any Netgear products that do? I'm looking at the different business solutions but not seeing any that specifically state they support multiple WAN connections.

Well, beyond of the consumer stuff and the BR500 (or the Orbi Pro) there is nothing left active. Look elsewhere. For a small business look into e.g. the ZyXEL ZyWALL USG or VPN product line for example and add wireless access points ot the wired LAN. Avoid converted consumer routers btw., too.
