Multiple NIGHTHAWK WIRELESS ROUTER RAX30-100NAS single SSID (Not Extending Wirless)
Hello NETGEAR Community.
I am looking at purchasing three NIGHTHAWK WIRELESS ROUTER RAX30-100NAS and using them in different places. Is it possible to use one router as the administration router and the others as access points but though hardwired CAT-5 and using the same SSID. I have noticed on the other post that this can be done by using the AP setting on the router, but does it care how it is getting the data (Wireless or Wired)? Is there a bridge option. I am just trying to make sure I have some type of solution before purchasing. Thanks for the help.

Why not just get a mesh system so its more stable?
Or go with a business class insight system?
Using RAX30's as AP's isn't going to be a seamless.

If you are expecting seamless roaming as a client device moves in/out of range from one transmitter to another, you are not going to achieve it with a router and two wired access points. Even if you configure identical SSIDs and passwords for each transmitter.
You have not made your functional expectations clear, like plemans says it sounds as if you are in need of a mesh system. If your client devices are staying in one place, the wired access points will work fine.
