My RAX15 will not provide any internet for XBox One and more issues with other devices on network.

Question

My router is not allowing certain internet functions. It will not let my XBox One connect to any services and devices in my home including this PC cannot open certain pictures or even see them on Facebook. It is very strange. Video on YouTube and streaming works fine but nothing works correctly. I've rebooted, reset, and previously tried to add IPv6 in router settings but nothing works. This is a new router I paid like $100 for. This should not be doing this to me. Thanks for any help.
