My Rax70 router only shows 20mhz channels but claims that it can achieve well over that

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too? 

What wifi devices are you connecting to the router? 

What channel configurations are currently set on the router?  
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?
