NAS not appearing on Wirless network but appears on LAN

Hi all, I upgraded my router recently to RAX80 and have a number of device connected,

I am running 2 PCs on WIN 10 1 can see the NAS  RN214, I can see it it on the Wired connection but not on the wireless connection either on 5g or 2g. However i can connect using the ready cloud app where it give me not 192.xxx address but something like 55.xxx

I can still see other devices including wired devices and another NAS across the wirless pc and instantly see the NAS when i plug in the wire

I have turned off some of the feature on the RAX80 i was playing with like QOS.

The NAS is using a bonded ethernet connection into the aggregate port of Router,

So i am trying to identify where the issue is

Wirless PC network settings

NAS shared on Wireless

Router sharing requirements for wirless haring

  • Thanks, It was something i had configured in the router (unsure what)  i reset the router to factory settings  and all services appeared, not to say there isn't a bug involved !

       Firmware version?  Connected to what?

    > [...] I can see it it on the Wired connection but not on the wireless

       "see"?  "it"?  "the wireless connection"?

As usual, showing actual actions (commands) with their actual results
(error messages, LED indicators, ...) can be more helpful than vague
    descriptions or interpretations.

Do you mean that a shared file system served from the RN214 does not
appear on your Windows system when that Windows system uses a wireless
    connection to the router?

Does Windows consider that wireless connection to be "Private" (good)
or "Public" (bad)?  Windows file sharing is normally inhibited over a
"Public" connection.  (You don't normally want everyone at Starbucks to
    have access to your files.)

"see"?  "ping" and file sharing follow different rules.

    > Wirless PC network settings

       That's my first guess.

    > NAS shared on Wireless

The NAS has no idea how your Windows system is connected to your
    router.

    > Router sharing requirements for wirless haring

The router has no interest in how your NAS communicates with anything
on your LAN, unless there's a "guest network" involved.
