What is the brand and model number of the modem/ONT that is connected upstream?
Who is your internet service provider (ISP)? Do you know for sure they support IPv6? The reason I ask is not all ISPs support IPv6.
Have you configured your primary and secondary domain name servers (DNS) for the Cloudfare IPv4 addresses?
After you made the IPv4 DNS changes, did you restart your router? To restart, it is best to pull the power cord and wait a few seconds before reconnecting.
- microchip8Jul 16, 2023MasterWhy are you messing with fixed IPv6 addresses? Do you have any allocated by your ISP? Most residential customers have a DHCPv6 address allocated along with a prefix. You should use Auto-Detect or DHCP to fetch an IP address.
