Need US ECCN and related info and HTSUS for AX1800 (RAX10) WiFi 6 Router

Have not received a response from exportcompliance@netgear.com and need to find an actual person at NetGear who can provide the US ECCN, CCATS number (if applicable), eligibility under license exception ENC (i.e. Restricted or Unrestricted) (if applicable), and HTSUS code for the AX1800 (RAX10) WiFi 6 Router. NetGear U.S. Customs Compliance page has some good general information, but how does one find specific information needed for a specific product? Any help is greatly appreciated.
