What are the solutions to fix this?
Start off with additional information.
Are you using a real computer or a mobile device? What operating system?
Are you connected to the router via an Ethernet cable or Wi-Fi?
Are you using an application or a web browser? Which version?
If a web browser, what address are your using?

Using a PC on windows 10, via Ethernet.
Used chrome, Brave, Microsoft Edge, happens the same.
Address i used the default 192.168.1.1 then tried routerlogin.net, same thing happens.

And "the modem/gateway/ONT between the router and the outside world" is?
Did this just start happening? Or is it a new installation?

For the second question, it started after about a week I set it up.You connect your AX6700 with an Ethernet cable to some type of device to obtain an internet connection. Usually that device is a modem or a gateway (combination modem/router) or an ONT (optical network terminal). What device, brand name and model number, are you connecting your AX6700 to? You could also be in a apartment where all you have is an Ethernet receptacle in the wall.
Sometimes the web browsers (all of them) get confused or they confuse the router. It is helpful to clear the cache on the web browser. Each browser is different but it is an option in the settings.
Another course of action is to power down your router, pull the power cord, wait a few minutes and then power it up and give it plenty of time to boot and stabilize.
