First question, I don't understand what answer you're looking for.
For the second question, it started after about a week I set it up.
You connect your AX6700 with an Ethernet cable to some type of device to obtain an internet connection. Usually that device is a modem or a gateway (combination modem/router) or an ONT (optical network terminal). What device, brand name and model number, are you connecting your AX6700 to? You could also be in a apartment where all you have is an Ethernet receptacle in the wall.
Sometimes the web browsers (all of them) get confused or they confuse the router. It is helpful to clear the cache on the web browser. Each browser is different but it is an option in the settings.
Another course of action is to power down your router, pull the power cord, wait a few minutes and then power it up and give it plenty of time to boot and stabilize.

Is Calix the ONT manufacturer or the internet service provider? It would be very helpful to know the model number of the ONT. Could you look at a label on the device?
