Netgear AX1800 Router Can’t connect to internet
I’ve followed all the he steps. My router has me go through the NightHawk app which show cables are not connected but internet is not connected. The lights are even lit green for the internet connection. My phone is connected to the router and I’ve reset both modem and router repeatedly

what router do you have? AX1800 is a speed, not a model.
What modem/gateway it is connected to?
