Change the streaming device to match what the NG router is using. Try Dynamic configuration or a reset on the device while connected to the NG router.
Reason that the NG router is using 10.something is that the new ISP modes is using 192.168.1.1 which by default the NG router uses, however if the NG router detects the upstream modem or router is already using .1.1, the NG router will auto change to 10.something.
Contact the mfr of the streaming device for additional help and information regarding there product.

OK, thanks for the input.
The current streaming device IPs are
192.168.1.146
255.255.255.0
192.168.1.1
I would change them to
10.0.0.10 (right now we're up to 4)
255.255.255.0
10.0.0.1
Basically, I guess the real question is does the subnet mask change?
Thanks again.
