Netgear ax1800 power light blinks. What is the problem? Can anyone help with this?

When you turn a device on, it goes through a self test cycle.
As a rough guide:
- It blinks as it does some tests
- After a bit it then turns to a solid colour, usually white or green
- Wrong colour (red rather than white/green), or blinking = trouble

Netgear 36 isn't a model #. Do you have a RAX### or EAX### something?

Manuals are always a good place to start.
Visit the support pages:

Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware.
Check the section in the manual
Troubleshoot With the LEDs.

So far, the only thing we know is that the LED blinks.
An important question that no one has asked, is the router still working?
Can you login to the router's graphical user interface (GUI) with a browser?

That's probably the default SSID for your wifi.
