ax6000 is not a reliable guide to model number. Many devices come with an AC or AX tag, but it is essentially a label that Netgear, and other brands, attach to hardware to describe wifi speeds.
Look at the label on the device for the model number. RAX###?
my model is rax120 ax12 -stream
Try a 30-30-30 reset process to see if this will kick it out.
If this fails to fully reset it then you'll need to contact NG support and as about RMA options:
