What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.
It has the latest firmware 1.0.7.78

We use cat 5e and it should be ok. We just bought it like 5 months. As soon as I restart it then it works again.
Do you happen to know if there a is built in router at the ONT or just a ONT only? I presume it's just an ONT.
I would recommend CAT6 for sure though.
What channels are you using? Auto? Try Auto and 48 on 5Ghz. Or try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and 40 to 48 channel on 5Ghz.
