What firmware is on it?
What actual model do you have? AX3000 is a speed
Do wired devices drop or just wireless?

There is no modem/gateway connected to it.
V1.0.12.120 is what its currently on.
RAX40
Everything drops. the internet light will disconnect.
I have a local fiber company in my area. Huxley Communications is the name.

its connected to some type of converter box or gateway .the RAX doesn't accept a fibre input.

What is at the other end of the cable from the WAN port/
Every Internet service has something between the router and the world. It is often a cable or DSL modem that plugs into a phone socket in the wall.
More recently ISPs have installed ONTs (optical network termination), a box that connects to a fibre that comes into the property with an ethernet port on the outside.
A few installations – on a campus or apartment block – have wired the place with Ethernet. How those work is up to the people who installed the network. Troubleshooting those networks can be a pain.
