Netgear Nighthawk AX5400
Problem..The Internet port has an IP address of 10.128.128.14/23 I need to have the router pass out IP address in the range of 10.128.128.200 - 10.128.128.254/23 when I go into Advance>>LAN Setup and change the IP address to 10.128.128.200/23 I get the IP conflict message. I really need the laptop computers to be on the same network as the desktop computers in the office for a couple of reasons. Thoughts? TIA
(New IP phones are going to be wireless also and would like them on the same network if possible)

In the office?
Seems like you've already got routers running and running into a double nat situation in the office.
Easy fix, switch the router over to access point mode. That leaves the primary router handling dhcp.
More complex? Talk your your IT guy so he can set it up in the office appropriately.

Which "Internet port" is this?
Which Netgear device are we talking about?
AX5400 is not a unique Netgear model number. Many devices come with the AC/AX tag, but it is essentially a label that Netgear, and others, attach to hardware to describe wifi speeds.
Look at the label on the device for the Model Number. And, if there is one, include the "V" bit to show the hardware version. If there is no V number, then you have V1.
As plemans says, what you are seeing is a typical example of double NAT.
Two routers on your network can cause headaches. For example, you can end up with local problems with addresses on your network. Among other things, the other router can misdirect traffic to addresses that the Netgear router usually handles, such as routerlogin.net or the usual default IP address for a router, 192.168.1.1.
This explains some of the other drawbacks.
What is Double NAT? | Answer | NETGEAR Support
Unless you have specific reasons for using two routers – to create two separate networks for example – it is often easier to use just one router and then to set up the second router as a wifi access point (AP) with a wired connection to the main router. Netgear advises this, as does just about every site you will visit.
