Many people have this problem and there are many threads discussing the problem and workarounds. For example:

Netgear appears to not have the resources to look into, or fix, this problem.

We have a trial firmware that may have a fix for this issue if you would like to try this firmware please send me a PM.

Hey DMitch, it appears that DarrenM (Senior Netgear Mod) has a Trial firmware fix, what are your thoughts?

I have to admit that I am a bit confused. Why a Trial Firmware?
