Netgear Nighthawk AX6 RAX45 settings lost, wifi set to open?

Using firmware version v1.0.2.66_2.0.42, so up to date

OK, so just had an issue with my ISP having an area outage this morning. However, when the ISP restored service, my wifi router was not broadcasting my correct wifi SSIDs.

I try to log into the router web admin, and my admin credentials are not working. I had to log in using the default admin and password, then it prompted me to perform the router setup again. However, upon getting into the router, I found it renamed my SSIDs to just NETGEAR and NETGEAR-5G and they were open with no password protection in place!!!

Please tell me this is just a normal part of the process for when the router loses it's settings and not that someone got into my router an screwed with it?
