What firmware is on the router?
What modem/gateway is it connected to?
Is it only the wifi impacted? Do wired devices drop?
Have you noticed if its isolated to the 2.4ghz of the 5ghz band?
When it disconnects what actually happens? does the wifi stop broadcasting? Does it connect but say "connected, no internet"? Does it see the ssid but not connect at all? What actually happens?
Is it all wireless devices or only a certain few?
Since its new, there was probably a few updates that were pushed through during setup, did you ever try factory resetting and reinstalling it?
