    After reinstalling windows 10, I get full internet speed over ethernet now.

have you tried more than 1 device hardwired?

what device is it having issues?

    I just tested another device and it is getting full max internet speed over ethernet

        Sorry for not being clear.

        I have the following devices:
        Windows desktop - having slow internet over ethernet
        Mac laptop - both wifi and ethernet speed max speed.
